    High Purity Antimony Sb

     

    High Purity Antimony Sb 4N 4N5 5N 6N 7N 7N5 is used for the preparation of high purity alloy, diodes, electronic refrigerating elements, film for optical memory disk, thermo-electron converter, photovoltaic, and infrared materials sectors, as well as a dopant in n-type semiconductor silicon and germanium monocrystal. High purity Antimony is an important source metal for growing crystals of III-V compound semiconductors like Indium antimonide InSb, gallium antimonide GaSb and bismuth antimonide BiSb used for Hall sensors and infrared detectors, and as epitaxy source for MBE growth with various forms and shapes.

    High purity Lithium Sulfide

    High-purity lithium sulfide 3N 4N is primarily used as a precursor in the synthesis of other lithium compounds such as lithium thioacetate,
    lithium tetrafluoroborate, and thio-LISICONs, which are used in
    lithium-ion batteries among other applications. High-purity lithium
    sulfide can also be used directly in battery applications as a cathode
    material in lithium-sulfur batteries. With a theoretical capacity of up
    to 1166 mAh/g, almost four times that of lithium cobalt oxide, lithium sulfide has gained attention as next-generation cathode material. Additionally, lithium sulfide is used as a precursor in the
    semiconductor industry for the production of thin-film transistors
    (TFTs) and other electronic devices, especially lithium
    sulfide-phosphorus oxide (Li2S-P2O5) TFTs. It is also used in the
    chemical manufacturing industry as a precursor for lithium hydride,
    lithium borohydride, and lithium amide, among many other applications.

    High Purity Tellurium Te 4N 5N 6N 7N 7N5, is in various forms, prepared to 99.99% 99.999%, 99.9999%, 99.99999% and 99.999995% grade by vacuum distillation and zone refining purification or crystal pulling growth method, which is primarily used in the manufacturing of II-VI compound semiconductor increasingly employed in a wide variety of electronic and optical devices like CdTe, Cd1−xZnxTe for nuclear radiation detection, photo refractivity, and IR and x-ray detectors, and become widely used for optical storage material, solar cells, thermoelectric conversion elements, refrigeration components, gas sensitivity, pressure-sensitive and light-sensitive, piezoelectric crystal, and other basic materials, as well as evaporation source for MBE growth.

    High Purity Zinc Zn 5N 6N 7N is in preparation for high technology applications in high purity alloys, reducing agents, the synthesis of nano-materials, an ideal dopants and precursor materials for thin film deposition, advanced microelectronics, solar cells, fuel cells, all kinds of high purity metal salts and high purity metallic organic compounds, and optical materials. High Purity Zinc is primarily used in the manufacturing of crystal growth of compound semiconductors such as
    Cadmium Zinc Telluride CdZnTe or CZT, and ZnS, ZnSe ,ZnTe, ZnSb base material etc, and in the application of precision casting in automobile industry etc.

    High Pure Cadmium is widely used in the manufacturing of II-VI compound semiconductor such as cadmium telluride (CdTe), cadmium zinc telluride (Cd1-xZnxTe,CZT), cadmium selenides (CdSe), and Cadmium sulfide (CdS)etc employed increasingly in a wide variety of
    advanced technology applications, and also used in electronic,
    photovoltaic solar cells, high purity alloys, LEDs, infrared modulators
