High Purity Arsenic 5N 6N 7N, a brittle and silver-grey metallic color crystalline or amorphous metalloid solid material with atomic weight 74.92, density 5.73g/cm³, melting point 817°C, which is most stable at room temperature, can react with metal, nonmetallic elements, alkali and oxidizing acid, but not react with hydrochloric acid. High purity arsenic can be purified to more than 99.999%, 99.9999% and 99.99999% purity by the hydrogen atmosphere vacuum sublimation, chlorination, distillation and reduction etc purification processes. The material can be delivered in size of 2-7mm, 2-10mm, 3-25mm irregular lump, which is packed of 1.0kg or 1.5kg in Schott glass bottle with argon gas filled, vacuum plastic bag outside, or as customized specification to reach the perfect solution.

High Purity Arsenic is primarily used in the manufacturing of high purity alloys, III-V compound semiconductors such as Gallium Arsenide GaAs and Indium Arsenide InAs, glass semiconductor, electron tubes, transistor welding material, precision instrument contact material, and control rod of atomic reactor and used as dopant of silicon and germanium single crystal growth.
